We’re disappointed that you had to cancel your booking. According to our policy, a full refund is processed if the cancellation is 30 days before your scheduled stay. A 50% refund will be paid for a cancellation 7 to 30 days prior to your stay. No refund is offer for cancellations less than 7 days prior to your stay.
